OBDII Terminal is an open source tool we built to quickly determine OBD pid capabilities and operation. We used it for early testing of car capabilities and timing issues on pid requests.
It works on Android devices running version 3.0 or later.
The user interface is terrible and not for the non-technical... You should use the full blown app
