Petrolr will collect data about your driving through your use of a dongle device that you will connect to the on-board diagnostics port in your motor vehicle, and through the Petrolr App that you obtain.
You cannot utilize our services without the dongle device, the Petrolr App, and a smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled device.
We do not manufacture or sell the dongle device or the smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled device you use. You must purchase the dongle device and the smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled device from manufacturers or distributors that are unaffiliated with Petrolr.
Petrolr disclaims warranties of any kind, either express or implied, on the DONGLE device, THE SMARTPHONE, TABLET, OR OTHER BLUETOOTH OR WI-FI ENABLED DEVICE to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
